- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and business goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, mentor, and motivate a team of advertising sales representatives to reach their full potential and achieve sales objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and advertising agencies, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs to identify new business opportunities and stay competitive.
- Sales Performance: Monitor sales metrics, provide performance reports and forecasts, and adjust strategies to continuously improve results and meet targets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment between sales and overall company objectives.
