Job Description
Experience
3+ years of experience in OpenText Media Management (OTMM) and enterprise application support
Role & Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 application support for OpenText Media Management (OTMM) in production environments.
Monitor, maintain, and support enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, performance, and customization-related issues within defined SLAs.
Support OTMM administration, including user management, configuration, metadata/custom fields, and workflow support.
Assist in customization deployments, DMI rollouts, and routine maintenance activities.
Perform server and application monitoring using tools such as Nagios.
Support release and deployment activities using Jenkins.
Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes using JIRA and ServiceNow.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and monthly operational reports.
Conduct capacity planning and architectural reviews for Windows-based OTMM environments.
Work closely with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Provide 24x7 production support as part of an on-call rotation.
