Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Business Development

Identify, develop, and manage new customer leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2. Client Interaction & Relationship Management

Understand client requirements regarding property preferences, budget, and location.

Present available projects, pricing, payment plans, and features effectively.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
3. Property Sales & Negotiation

Conduct property presentations, site visits, and explain project details to clients.

Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.

Assist clients with documentation, loan processing, and registration formalities.
4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
-
Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.

Provide insights to the sales team and management to enhance sales strategies.

Recommend pricing strategies based on market conditions and demand patterns.
5. Reporting & Coordination
-
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the sales manager.

Coordinate with internal teams for marketing, legal, and loan-related support.
