Qualification : The
candidate should be a Graduate in Engineering with MBA in Marketing/Finance.
Preference will be given to the candidates who are having Engineering in
Metallurgy Branch. The candidate should have at least 30 years of experience in
the area of expertise from a reputed Steel PSU/Private Steel Company with
annual production of +3 million Tonnes Flat Steel. More than 5 years of Plant /
Planning experience will be an added advantage. The candidate should have
expertise knowledge to set up Infrastructure for Warehouse with Service Centre
facility and Development of Stockyard, knowledge of Management of Warehouse /
Stockyard, Stockyard Leasing, Contract Management(Signing of MoU and
Contracts), Supply Chain Management, Logistic Planning & Co-ordination with
Ports, Road Transport & Railways for handling / evacuation of Flat Steel
Products, Co-ordination with the Sales Planning Team of Plant & M&S
Team & Production Team

Marketing of Flat Products (Direct as well as Retail Marketing), knowledge to
set up Domestic Distribution Channel for Retail / SME, OEMs customer base along
with development of Export Markets as well, knowledge of Channelizing Sales
through Service Centers to have enhance Market Reach, knowledge of Developing
KRAs and KPIs for Distribution Channel/Distributors/OEMs for structured Market
development as well as for sales Team, knowledge of development of both the
Sales Planning Team of Plant & M&S Team, Customer Development, Market
Development, Product Segmentation, Positioning and Pricing, Supply chain
Management, Contract Management (signing of MoU / Contracts with Customers),
knowledge of PSU’s Sales Policy/ Manual, Logistic Planning, knowledge of
Centralized Marketing Office (CMO), Branch Office and Regional Office,
Co-ordination with Ports, Road Transport & Railways for handling /
evacuation of Flat Steel Products.
Remuneration : The selected candidate will be paid monthly
consolidated amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Consolidated).
Age Criteria : Below 65 Years as on the last date for
receiving application.
Duration of Engagement: The duration of engagement will be initially for period of one year or till attaining the age of 65 years whichever is less and extendable based on performance and mutual consent.
