Qualifications :  

a) For the post at S.No. (1), (2) and (3) : Post-Graduation in Finance/Economics/ Statistics/ Management/ Agriculture/Social Work/Development Studies with a minimum of 60% marks and a consistently good academic record.

b) For the post at S.No. (4): Post graduate degree with a minimum of 60% marks and a consistently good academic record in Urban Planning/ Regional Planning/ Transportation/ Urban Design from a recognized University/Institute or equivalent.

c) For the post at S.No. (5): Post graduate degree with a minimum of 60% marks and a consistently good academic record in Public Health Management/ Community Health/ Preventive & Social Medicine/ Health Administration/ Hospital Administration/ Health Communication.

d) For the post at S.No. (6): Post graduate degree (M.Tech/M.Sc/MBA/PGDM) in related disciplines of Computer Science/Information Technology/ Statistics/ Knowledge Management from a recognized university/Institute with a minimum of 60% marks and consistently good academic record.

Desirable :  Proficiency in information technology and experience of working with government and multilateral agencies.

Experience :  (a) Minimum 3 years’ work experience including in project formulation/ implementation/ evaluation, employing IT and management tools and techniques. (b) Those applying for positions in public food systems [sl.no.2(b)] should have experience relating to food security/procurement/logistics.

Remuneration  :   A gross salary/cost to Company of not less than Rs. 40,000/- per month (for employees working in non-government organization/private sector). For an officer, applying on deputation, should have been drawing pay in the minimum pay band of Rs.56,100/- in a government/quasi government organization.

Upper Age Limit :  35 years (as on the last day of the month in which advertisement is published)

Selection Procedure :  (1) Applicants will be shortlisted on the basis of the application and the documents submitted along with. (please ensure submission of copies of certificates/testimonials along with the application). (2) Short listed candidates shall be required to go through a selection process comprising of a written test in two parts. Test will be conducted on desktop computers at Bhopal. Results will be declared on the Institute's website. (3) Based on the performance in the written tests, candidates will be called for a personal interview at Bhopal at a later date. (4) Final list of successful candidates will be displayed on the Institute’s website. (5) The Institute will not bear travel or any other expenses for participation in the selection process. (6) The Institute reserves the right to determine the number of persons to be appointed depending on the availability and selection of suitable candidates.
