Job Description
We are looking for qualified and passionate advocate who are duly enrolled with the Bar Council of India (BCI). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer laws and a commitment to advocating for justice. Enrollment with the Bar Council of India (BCI) is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
· Draft, review, and send legal notices, agreements, and contracts.
· Represent clients in legal proceedings, mediations, or arbitrations.
· Provide expert legal advice to clients on consumer-related grievances.
· Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare case strategies.
· Ensure compliance with all legal standards and ethical practices.
· Maintain professional relationships with clients while upholding confidentiality.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is a must; LLM is an added advantage.
· 1-3 years of relevant legal experience (freshers with strong credentials will also be considered).
· Strong knowledge of consumer laws, civil procedures, and legal drafting.
· Excellent communication, analytical, and research skills.
· Proficiency in drafting and filing legal documents.
· High ethical standards and professionalism
