Affiliate Marketing Executive
Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and enthusiastic Affiliate Marketing Executive to manage and grow our affiliate marketing program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new affiliate partners, onboarding them to our program, maintaining relationships, optimizing performance, and ensuring consistent revenue growth through performance-based partnerships.
This role requires a good understanding of digital marketing, relationship management, and performance tracking. The candidate should be data-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as in collaboration with the broader marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Affiliate Partner Acquisition

Identify and recruit new affiliates, publishers, influencers, and media partners to join our affiliate program.

Research and reach out to potential partners using platforms such as LinkedIn, affiliate networks, forums, and email marketing.

Negotiate and structure partnerships with relevant affiliates to ensure maximum profitability and reach.
2. Onboarding & Relationship Management

Handle onboarding process including agreement execution, orientation on promotional material, and tracking tools setup.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with affiliates.

Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners, resolving their queries promptly and professionally.
3. Performance Monitoring & Optimization

Monitor affiliate performance daily, track KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.

Analyze campaign data and make strategic adjustments to improve affiliate performance.

Provide ongoing performance feedback to affiliates and suggest promotional strategies to enhance effectiveness.
4. Campaign Management

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create compelling offers and promotional assets for affiliates.

Ensure affiliate content and communication are consistent with brand messaging and guidelines.

Coordinate with design and development teams to create banners, landing pages, and tracking tools as needed.
5. Tracking, Reporting & Compliance

Use tracking platforms such as Impact, Refersion, Tapfiliate, or similar to manage links, commissions, and performance.

Generate weekly/monthly performance reports for management and stakeholders.

Monitor affiliate activities to ensure compliance with company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory standards.
6. Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination

Work closely with paid marketing, SEO, email marketing, and influencer marketing teams to align affiliate efforts with broader marketing objectives.

Contribute to overall customer acquisition and revenue growth strategy through affiliate channels.

Participate in internal marketing meetings and share performance insights.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Affiliate & Digital Marketing Knowledge

Strong understanding of affiliate models (CPL, CPA, CPS, CPM) and tracking mechanisms.

Knowledge of online marketing concepts, tools, and platforms.
Analytical Skills

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, and affiliate network dashboards.
Communication & Negotiation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Confident in negotiating deals, resolving partner concerns, and maintaining strong partner relations.
Organizational & Time Management

Strong multitasking and project management abilities.

Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
Technical Literacy

Familiarity with HTML, tracking scripts, UTM parameters, and basic website functionality is a plus.

Experience using CRM systems or affiliate software tools is beneficial.
