Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Executive (Fresher) to join our digital marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in performance marketing and gain hands-on experience in affiliate strategy, campaign execution, and partner management.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Assist in identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners and influencers.

Support day-to-day management of affiliate accounts, including tracking performance and ensuring compliance.

Help create affiliate marketing content, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Monitor traffic, sales, and commissions generated by affiliate links.
-
Coordinate with internal teams for creatives, offers, and updates.
-
Prepare basic reports and performance summaries for campaigns.

Stay updated with trends in affiliate marketing and performance strategies.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field.

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and time-management abilities.
-
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
-
Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of affiliate platforms is a plus (training will be provided).
