Job Description
· Responsible for achieving Health insurance sales targets through the assigned location.
· Building partner channel through daily meeting and different engagement for portfolio growth
· Responsible to drive business generation initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets
· Train & motivate the partners’ employees on timely basis on product and new developments.
· Login and Conversion of Health Insurance.
· Responsible for business tracking, analyzing and reporting business results at desired and periodic intervals to reporting authority
· To enable partner sales staff to promote and secure sales of health insurance products to their customers by providing real-time product, marketing and technical support before, after or during the sales through central support center
· Create the excitement for Health Insurance within the partner organization through various engagement and R&R initiatives
· Drive group deals in the designated region for driving portfolio growth
· To identify the execution gaps in selling Health Insurance through the partner teams and work with the sales hierarchy to ensure filling of the gaps for a more efficient & effective sales execution.
