Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Agency Recruitment:
-
Identify, recruit, and onboard potential Life Insurance Agents from your local network, references, or job portals.

Conduct initial interviews, explain the advisor opportunity and benefits of joining as an insurance agent.
-
Complete documentation and onboarding formalities as per company and IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) regulations.
2. Agent Training and Development:
-
Provide product training, sales techniques, and soft skills coaching to newly recruited agents.

Ensure that each agent is IRDAI licensed and trained before activation.

Regularly conduct refreshers and development programs to improve sales productivity.
3. Sales and Target Achievement:
-
Drive business through agents by helping them prospect and close sales of life insurance policies.

Monitor agent performance and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

Support agents with joint field work, presentations, client meetings, and proposal creation.
4. Team Management and Motivation:

Build a motivated and productive agent team that delivers consistent performance.

Inspire, reward, and recognize top-performing agents to improve morale and retention.

Guide and mentor agents to become successful and financially independent.
5. Customer Relationship Management:

Ensure that agents provide excellent customer service and follow ethical sales practices.

Monitor client feedback and claims-related issues and ensure they are resolved smoothly.

Build a strong presence in the local market through networking and brand promotion.
6. Reporting and Compliance:
-
Maintain proper MIS, documentation, and reporting of agent performance and business growth.

Ensure 100% compliance with IRDAI rules, company policies, and quality standards.

Regularly update senior managers on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
