We are hiring for ARDM/Senior ARDM(Agency Recruitment and Development Manager)
- Increase Market Reach by seeking new customers and increasing sales
- Identify, recruit and manage advisors from the respective region
- Train and motivate advisors to provide better understanding of market/products
- Monitor agents performances
- Meet customers on a regular basis for achieving standards
- Supervise with some Groups, Industries and NGO's.
Work Experience(required): 1Yr in Field Sales(BFSI/Insurance Preferred)
