Job Description
Deliver effective induction and product training to new agents.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Agent Recruitment and Activation

Identify and recruit potential agents through field visits, referrals, job fairs, networking events, and local outreach programs.

Evaluate candidates based on their aptitude, communication skills, and ability to sell insurance or financial products.

Guide agents through the onboarding process, ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and system registration.

Ensure the timely activation of newly recruited agents and support them in achieving their first sales.
2. Agent Training and Development

Deliver structured training programs on company products, sales techniques, customer handling, and compliance guidelines.

Conduct regular coaching sessions, workshops, and motivational meetings to upskill agents.

Monitor agent productivity and provide individualized support or remedial training when necessary.

Keep agents updated about new product launches, incentive schemes, and market developments.
3. Sales Target Achievement

Drive business through the agent channel by setting performance goals and sales targets.

Motivate and support agents to sell insurance products (life, health, or general) or financial instruments (e.g., mutual funds, loans).

Track individual and team performance, ensuring monthly and quarterly business targets are met or exceeded.

Organize sales campaigns, roadshows, and local marketing activities to boost visibility and agent engagement.
4. Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with agents to build loyalty and trust.

Resolve queries, objections, and operational issues that may hinder agent performance.

Facilitate smooth communication between agents and internal departments like underwriting, claims, and customer service.

Monitor client satisfaction and encourage cross-selling or policy renewals through agents.
5. Compliance and Reporting

Ensure that all sales and recruitment activities comply with regulatory and company guidelines.

Submit accurate and timely reports on agent activity, sales performance, recruitment metrics, and attrition.

Handle audits, documentation checks, and compliance training as needed.
