Job Description

  • Responsible for Agent Recruitment , Agent Training, Agent Development
  • Develop various sources of agent hiring and build a team of Agents
  • Ensure product knowledge of Max Life Insurance is passed to the agents through training
  • Field demonstration of setting up appointments, meetings with customers, and all activities to make the agents successful
  • Work closely with Agents on planning and reviewing of activities and goals
  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly targets / business plans
  • Company has a product mix sales ratio which has to be followed 
  • Hold periodical customer meet to understand customers' pulse and product needs
  • Ensure customer queries are responded to satisfactorily as per Max Life Insurance standard
    • Eligibility Criteria: Any Graduate / Post graduate with experience in field sales in any industry
