Key Responsibilities

Agent Recruitment & Onboarding

Identify and recruit potential agents through various channels such as referrals, networking, and job portals.

Guide new agents through the onboarding process and company orientation.

Training & Development

Organize training sessions to enhance agents’ knowledge of products, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.

Drive sales through agents by setting clear targets and action plans.
