We are looking for candidates for the post of Agency Manager for Panaji  and Mapusa Branch.

Key Tasks or Activities

  • Continuous interaction with the sales team of channel partners
  • To create / maintain excellent relationships with the assigned branches and with the specified persons
  • Arranging 100 hrs training towards licensing of sales team of channel partners
  • Coordinating with the agency team for procuring the license of sales team of channel partners
  • Be a coach and guide to the sales team members of the channel partner
  • Guide the sales team members in prospecting new customers
  • Provide support to the sales team of the channel partner in solving customer queries
  • Organizing periodic training on Products and business awareness in coordination with training Dept.
  • To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales
  • To manage the recruitment, training development and retention of a team of specified persons
  • Achieve sales targets from assigned channel partner branches with the help of Branch Managers and Specified persons of the channel partner.
  • Organizing worksites and campaigns
  • Conducting Customer and HNI meets
  • Participating in national/zonal/regional Sales Contests
  • Focus on business persistency/ Control Lapsation
  • Implement and drive the sales promotion schemes
  • Prepare day to day sales MIS as per company formats
