Job Description
We are looking for candidates for the post of Agency Manager for Panaji and Mapusa Branch.
Key Tasks or Activities
- Continuous interaction with the sales team of channel partners
- To create / maintain excellent relationships with the assigned branches and with the specified persons
- Arranging 100 hrs training towards licensing of sales team of channel partners
- Coordinating with the agency team for procuring the license of sales team of channel partners
- Be a coach and guide to the sales team members of the channel partner
- Guide the sales team members in prospecting new customers
- Provide support to the sales team of the channel partner in solving customer queries
- Organizing periodic training on Products and business awareness in coordination with training Dept.
- To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales
- To manage the recruitment, training development and retention of a team of specified persons
- Achieve sales targets from assigned channel partner branches with the help of Branch Managers and Specified persons of the channel partner.
- Organizing worksites and campaigns
- Conducting Customer and HNI meets
- Participating in national/zonal/regional Sales Contests
- Focus on business persistency/ Control Lapsation
- Implement and drive the sales promotion schemes
- Prepare day to day sales MIS as per company formats
