Designation: Agency Recruitment Development Manager (ARDM)

Compensation/CTC Package: 1.8L to 4.5L CTC per annum + Heavy Incentives based on sales performance + Opportunity to Travels to exciting locations Nationally and Internationally + Fast Track promotions 3 promotion cycle in a year.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· ARDM will be responsible for finding people interested in becoming Insurance Agents and getting them qualified to sell insurance policies.

· To grow advisor base gradually over a period of time

· ARDM will also be expected to help them in selling policies by joint field working and operations support. For this purpose, ARDM will be trained intensely by the company.

· To make visits to generate leads for sales on daily basis

· To follow up on already generated leads to close them successfully

· To work as a coach for the team of advisors

· To regularly hold the meetings with Branch Manager for training advisors on various fronts

Pre-requisites:

· A Graduate degree within the age group of 24 to 40 years, who has been a local resident for some time

· At least 1 years’ experience of field sales jobs in Life Insurance or banking filed sales.

· Team handling experience of more than 6 months would be desirable.

· 2-Wheeler a must.

· Android based smart phone with an active connection.
