About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Onboard and maintain outlets and be up to date with processes making the setup as easy as possible
2. Work to be an active participant in the escalation, follow up and closure of issues with our partners
3. Create or use plugins and tools that help you automate your day-to-day efforts as much as possible.
4. Work closely with the business team to pre-empt and prepare for incoming operational scenarios as per new customer categories and use cases of our operations team, you will set the best practices for streamlining communication between us, our partners as well as our customers
