Agile Coach

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver training to team members on agile principles, processes and best practices
Coach newly formed agile teams on agile principles, self-organization, effective user stories, estimation and daily/weekly routines
Serve as SCRUM Master for the team until responsibilities are transferred to a member of the team
Coach team on SCRUM-related roles, activities and events, including release planning and demos
Coach product owners with backlog grooming activities and assure strategy and execution

Skills and experience:

Certified Agile Coach
3+ years of experience using Agile practices in an enterprise environment
2+ Experience as SCRUM Master
2+ Experience as Agile Coach working with clients and teams to jump start their Agile practices
1+ Experience in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
