Job Description:

  • 8+ years of experience on business requirements understanding primarily around banking and finance domain. 
  • Understanding of current market trends, demands across retail and corporate banking segment. 
  • Gather and understand business requirements based on the assigned business requests, products, verticals. 
  • Business requirements documentation, SRS preparation and signoff. 
  • Good knowledge of Technical solution , AI/ML capability on Cloud or experience in working for digital program.  
  • Identify impacts to existing processes/functions due to new Business Requirements. 
  • Work with the technical team for solutions which are accepted by business within group policies and procedures. 
  • Develop functional specifications requirement, documenting agreed solutions to business requests. 
  • Work with Central Product team to make and justify the requirements as per current market trends and banking industry. 
  • Work with Solution Architects and build team to deliver end-to-end solution, including testing and reviewing of other interface functional specifications and external parties specifications. 
  • Provide self-effort sizing on scoping, requirement gathering, defining functional specifications and test scope. 
  • Try to maximize re-usability of solution on other projects and digital initiatives. 
  • Provide walkthrough of functional specification. 
  • Should have experience techno-functional analyst for Digital programs. 
  • Experience in Agile SCRUM methodology Excellent written and verbal communication skillsKey Responsibilities The Techno-Functional Analyst will be responsible for interacting with various teams (business, sales, operations, product teams, technical teams)to come up with a demanding and sustainable business model. 
  • The consultant will be performing the market research and will design a revenue generating business model. 
  • They should be documenting the idea, create the journey and process flow and get the clearance from business team for technical feasibility analysis and software development cycle. Creation of SRS and other documentation along with Signoff. 
  • Glue with technical team and solution architect to materialize the idea through software/digital platform development. 
  • Review test cases/scripts and technical specification on functional items, ensuring requirements are mapped completely and correctly to Business Requirement Specification and Functional Specification (traceability matrix).
