ü 20+ years of experience in all spectrums of Human Resources and Admin function.
ü Exceptionally competent in HR-General list (recruitment, welfare and statutory compliance) and core Industrial Relation (IR) over a period of 10 years.
ü Proficient in overseeing the entire HR process including human resource planning, recruitments, Wage & salary administration, employee welfare and general administration.
Deftness in maintaining harmonious Industrial Relations among Management and Shop floor Employees through efficient administration and resolution of employees’ grievances
