Job Description

Design, plan, and implement product mix and specifications as per the inputs and analysis provided by agronomy expert.
Design methods, standard operating processes (SOP) and technical support documents to use our equipment and machinery more efficiently and cost effectively.
Work with farmers and agronomy expert to develop better product specifications/addition of new features resulting in better productivity and value for money.
Provide technical guidance and support concerning the use of equipment and techniques
Ensure the proper use of equipment and compliance with safety regulations.
Assist Marketing team for Trial runs/ Demo/ field test of new equipment/features in coordination with Ops team to highlight value proposition to the farmers
Organize, prepare and facilitate trainings of new equipment, to farmers/operation team on appropriate and most effective methods of operation to ensure better efficiency and cost effectiveness
Compile clear and accurate reports on equipment efficiency and other activities, as required.
Support in developing new service packages
Support in developing cost estimates for various equipment and machinery
Technical data gathering (crops and equipments)
Facilitates the ongoing and new projects.
