About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintaining and troubleshooting greenhouse systems, monitoring aquaponic & hydroponic system functions, planting, harvesting, and managing fish stock
2. Overseeing food safety records and compliance standards
3. Helping to create planting and harvesting processes that integrate aquaponics and field production plans
4. Assisting in the broader farm system projects including field production, greenhouse, and composting
5. Leading the maintenance and harvest of the aquaponics system
6. Directing farm helpers to work alongside contractors
7. Attending meetings as required
