Job Description
• Assist in the design, development, and testing of AI/ML models and solutions under senior supervision.
• Contribute to data collection, preprocessing, cleaning, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• Write clean, well-documented Python code for machine learning pipelines and APIs.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews as part of the Agile team.
• Support integration of AI models into backend services using FastAPI / Flask.
• Learn and apply Beeja AI's internal coding standards, deployment practices, and security frameworks.
• Assist in building and fine-tuning NLP, LLM, and computer vision solutions for client projects.
• Document technical work, create test cases, and report progress to the project lead regularly.
• Proactively learn emerging AI tools, frameworks, and best practices relevant to ongoing projects.

About Company
• Independently design and deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Build, optimize, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models into production environments.
• Develop and maintain RESTful AI APIs, pipelines, and microservices using FastAPI / Node.js.
• Lead module-level development, code reviews, and technical mentorship for juniors/trainees.
• Integrate third-party AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker, etc.).
• Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and client stakeholders on AI product delivery.
• Perform model performance monitoring, retraining, and continuous improvement in production systems.
• Contribute to technical documentation, SOWs, proposals, and R&D initiatives as required.
• Adhere to data privacy regulations, security standards, and Beeja AI's delivery quality benchmarks.
Represent Beeja AI professionally during client interactions, demos, and review meetings.
