Role SummaryAs an AI Engineer Intern, you will gain hands-on experience building and deploying intelligent systems for conversational automation and data analytics. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement machine learning models, optimize AI components, and integrate models into live business systems.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in designing, training, and evaluating ML models for classification, NLP, or conversational analytics.- Support integration of AI components into backend services and user-facing platforms.- Participate in feature engineering, model testing, and iterative refinement of AI/ML pipelines.- Write clean, modular code and documentation for models and systems.- Work with senior engineers to deploy models to staging and monitor performance.- Research and experiment with new AI/ML techniques.- Troubleshoot and debug issues during development and testing.
Required Skills- Solid Python programming; familiarity with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.- Basic understanding of ML concepts, data preprocessing, and evaluation metrics.- Interest in NLP and conversational AI.- Strong analytical skills, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a hybrid setup.- Clear written and verbal communication.
Preferred- NLP libraries (NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face).- AWS, GCP, or Azure.- Building APIs or microservices for ML model serving.- Data pipelines and experimentation frameworks.
