Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support for AI Applications:

Act as the first point of contact for resolving issues related to deployed AI models, services, and APIs.

Provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams on how to use and interact with AI-powered tools or platforms.

Troubleshoot performance problems, incorrect outputs, or errors in AI workflows, escalating to the data science or engineering team when necessary.

Maintain detailed logs of issues and solutions, contributing to the internal knowledge base.
2. Monitoring and Maintenance:
-
Monitor the health, availability, and accuracy of AI models in production using logs, dashboards, and alerts.

Ensure uptime and stability of AI microservices, APIs, and ML pipelines deployed in the cloud or on-premise environments.

Perform routine checks and validations on model behavior, output quality, and data input pipelines.

Detect model drift, data quality issues, and performance degradation over time and alert responsible teams.
3. Deployment and Integration Support:

Assist with deploying AI/ML models in real-world applications, including containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), or CI/CD pipelines.

Help integrate AI APIs with frontend or backend systems, ensuring smooth communication and output consumption.

Support software teams in embedding models into products and services, offering technical expertise on integration challenges.
4. Documentation and Training:

Create and maintain clear and user-friendly documentation for AI tools, APIs, and services.

Develop user guides, FAQs, and SOPs for AI solutions to streamline onboarding and support processes.

Conduct training sessions or walkthroughs for clients, customer support agents, or operations teams.
5. Collaboration and Feedback Loop:

Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to relay user feedback and technical issues.

Collaborate in sprint planning, support backlog grooming, and solution testing.

Provide insights into usability, performance, and client needs to improve future AI models and products.
6. Quality Assurance & Testing:

Support testing and validation of AI features and services prior to deployment.
-
Help automate test cases or simulations for evaluating AI model responses under different conditions.

Participate in regression testing during version updates or hotfixes.
