Key Responsibilities
1. AI-Based Video Editing

Use AI-driven tools to edit, cut, and enhance videos for marketing, social media, and internal projects.

Apply scene detection, auto-captions, and auto-cuts using AI software to optimize workflow.

Enhance video quality with color correction, audio balancing, and motion graphics integration.
2. Content Production Support
-
Assist in creating short-form and long-form content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
-
Collaborate with the content team to conceptualize and storyboard videos.
-
Implement branding elements, transitions, and graphics consistently across videos.
3. Data Handling & Automation
-
Organize video files, AI-generated assets, and project documentation.
-
Use AI tools to generate subtitles, translations, and automated annotations.
-
Maintain version control and proper file management for team accessibility.
4. Quality Control
-
Review videos for accuracy, timing, visual appeal, and adherence to brand guidelines.
-
Ensure technical quality, including resolution, frame rate, audio clarity, and aspect ratio.

Conduct final checks before publishing or delivery.
5. Learning & Skill Development
-
Stay updated on emerging AI video editing technologies and software.
-
Participate in training sessions or workshops conducted by the company.

Experiment with new editing techniques, AI tools, and creative approaches.
6. Collaboration & Feedback

Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, and social media managers.
-
Accept feedback constructively and implement revisions efficiently.

Support team in multi-project coordination and deadline management.
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Technical Skills
-
Familiarity with video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.

Knowledge of AI video editing tools like Runway ML, Pictory, Wisecut, or Descript is a plus.
-
Basic understanding of motion graphics, transitions, audio editing, and color grading.
2. Creativity & Storytelling

Strong sense of visual aesthetics, pacing, and storytelling.

Ability to transform raw footage into engaging video content.
3. Communication & Collaboration

Good verbal and written communication skills to understand project briefs and instructions.
