Job Description
* Experience in a High Performance Work Systems; 5’s, working in teams, problem solving, six sigma
* To oversee the team’s work and contractors’ work to ensure deadlines are met and work is completed to a set standard
* Performs diagnoses, repair, preventive maintenance and major overhaul of complex refrigeration processes
* Provides assistance with facility refrigeration equipment as required
* Proposes design changes to supervision in the area of equipment upgrades, problem eliminations, quality improvements and to reduce costs
* Interacts closely with other engineering team members supporting related projects
* Demonstrates initiative by routinely taking on challenging tasks that improve processes
* Advises Parts Crib Attendant of parts needed for immediate use or for stocking locations and initiates purchase requisitions when non-stocked parts are needed
