Job Description
- Role:Executive_Ticketing
- Experience: 2 - 3+ Yrs
- Salary: 1,80,000 - 3,00,000 P.A NO Bar for right candidate
- Industry:IT/Software Services
- Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Working hours: 2.30pm to 12am ( Including night allowance)
- Manage and coordinate urgent and complicated support issues.
- Act as (SPOC) Single point of contact for all requests and incidents for ticket booking
- Booking air ticket with Travel agency , understanding, and details of visa formalities, insurance tie-up with insurance company
- Negotiating best rates, understanding with policies, cut off times and competitive rates with different airlines.
- Preparing to cost and sending it to accounts
- Preparing client proposals, able to understand policies,/visa formalities and able to understand different travel policy which benefits guest.
Skills Required:
- Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent customer service focus and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to execute and track performance A lively, flexible, friendly personality with a high level of commitment and dedication.
