Job Description

Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings.

Issue, re-issue, cancel, and refund air tickets as per customer requests.

Check flight availability, fares, and routing options.

Ensure accurate ticket issuance as per airline policies.

Assist customers with flight inquiries, schedules, fares, and baggage policies.

Provide prompt responses to calls, emails, and walk-in clients.

Resolve customer complaints and queries professionally.

Use GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre / Abacus) for bookings and ticketing.

Understand fare rules, airline policies, and ticket conditions.

Apply correct taxes, fees, and commissions.

Handle flight changes, cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

Coordinate with airlines for schedule changes and special service requests (SSR).

Track refund cases and follow up till closure.

Maintain booking records, invoices, and passenger details.

Prepare daily sales and ticketing reports.

Ensure compliance with company and airline audit requirements.
