Position Overview
An Airline Cabin Crew Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for aspiring and existing flight attendants. This role ensures that cabin crew members are fully equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviors to meet airline safety, service, and operational standards. The trainer acts as a mentor, educator, and evaluator, guiding trainees in areas such as in-flight safety procedures, customer service excellence, emergency response, cultural awareness, and compliance with aviation regulations.
Cabin Crew Trainers work closely with airline management, regulatory authorities, and other training specialists to ensure that all training content aligns with industry standards, aviation safety laws, and company policies. This role requires a strong background in aviation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire confidence and professionalism in trainees.
Key Responsibilities

Training Program Development

Design and update training materials, lesson plans, manuals, and presentations for both new and experienced cabin crew members.

Ensure training content meets the requirements of aviation authorities such as the DGCA, FAA, EASA, or ICAO.

Incorporate changes in regulations, aircraft types, or service protocols into training modules.
