Duties:
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

- Sales Execution: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Promote and sell flight tickets, travel packages, and airline services to clients.
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales revenue.
- Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Assist customers with flight bookings, seat selection, and special requests.
- Provide accurate pricing, offers, and promotions to potential clients.
- Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after booking.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and ticket modifications efficiently.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor pricing.

- Stay updated with aviation industry developments, airline policies, and global travel trends.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with airline reservation teams, operations, and marketing departments.
