Roles and Responsibilities
To control all the reservation functions including ticketing and follow- upsClearing up of wait listed passengers Stick to the time limit guidelinesTake ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.Reservation & Ticketing (Manual & Computerize both).Handle queries and address grievanceHandel day to day operational taskPreparation of daily/monthly service report
