Position Overview:

We are seeking an Airport Customer Service Associate (CSA) for airport operations, responsible for assisting passengers with check-in, ticketing, baggage handling, and boarding procedures. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Passenger Assistance & Check-in Services:

  • Assist passengers with ticketing, check-in, seat assignments, and boarding passes.
  • Verify passenger documents, such as passports, visas, and flight tickets.
  • Provide guidance on flight schedules, delays, and airport facilities.

2. Baggage Handling & Security Compliance:

  • Ensure proper baggage tagging and weight compliance.
  • Assist passengers with lost, damaged, or delayed baggage claims.
  • Follow airport security protocols and assist in baggage screening procedures.

3. Boarding & Departure Coordination:

  • Monitor boarding procedures and ensure timely gate closures.
  • Assist passengers with special needs, elderly travelers, and unaccompanied minors.
  • Communicate with airline crew and ground operations teams for smooth departures.

4. Customer Service & Conflict Resolution:

  • Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
  • Ensure VIP and premium passengers receive priority services.
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during flight delays or disruptions.
