AGE LIMIT : 35 yrs
ANY DEGREE with SYSTEM KNOWLEDGE
Passenger check-in: Verifying passenger details, issuing boarding passes, and accepting checked baggage at the check-in counter.
Baggage handling: Loading and unloading passenger luggage onto and off the aircraft, tagging baggage accurately, and managing baggage delivery systems.
Boarding assistance: Directing passengers to the correct boarding gate, assisting with special needs passengers, and ensuring smooth boarding procedures.
Customer service: Addressing passenger inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information regarding flight status updates.
Ramp operations: Guiding aircraft to the gate, coordinating with pilots for taxiing and parking, and managing ground support equipment.
Security checks: Ensuring compliance with security protocols by verifying passenger identification and screening luggage.
Special needs assistance: Providing support to passengers with disabilities, including mobility assistance and coordinating necessary services.
Aircraft servicing: Coordinating with catering and cleaning crews to prepare the aircraft for departure.
Flight status updates: Communicating flight information to passengers regarding delays, cancellations, or gate changes.
