Position Overview:

We are looking for dedicated and customer-friendly Airport Ground Staff to ensure the smooth operation of airport services, including passenger assistance, baggage handling, security checks, and flight coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a professional approach to handling airport operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Passenger Handling & Assistance:

Assist passengers with check-in, ticketing, boarding, and seat allocation.
Provide information about flight schedules, delays, and airline services.
Ensure passenger safety and security compliance before boarding.

2. Baggage Handling & Security Checks:

Assist in baggage check-in, tagging, and tracking lost luggage.
Coordinate with security teams for baggage scanning and clearance.
Ensure proper handling of special baggage (fragile, oversized, etc.).

3. Flight & Ground Operations:

Communicate with pilots, cabin crew, and airport authorities for smooth operations.
Monitor boarding procedures and on-time flight departures.
Ensure compliance with aviation and airport regulations.

4. Customer Service & Conflict Resolution:

Handle passenger complaints, special requests, and VIP assistance.
Support passengers with disabilities, elderly travelers, and unaccompanied minors.
Maintain calm and professionalism during flight delays and emergency situations.
