May have responsibilities and duties including Skills:

Greeting guests.
Acting in a professional manner at all times.
Using an EPOS system to process sales.
Answering telephone calls and emails.
Creating staff schedules.
Liaising with suppliers and contractors.
Restocking supplies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with passengers, airline staff, and other airport personnel.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate handling of baggage and cargo.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
Basic computer proficiency to operate airport systems and software.
Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor tasks.
Knowledge of airport security regulations and protocols to ensure compliance and maintain a secure environment.
Familiarity with operating airport equipment, such as baggage carts, forklifts, and tugs, is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills to address passenger inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.
