About the Role
Designation – AJIO FASHION ENTREPRENEURS
Department – Sales
Educational Qualification –Minimum a Graduate
Work Experience - 0-2 Years of prior work experience in relevant area of Sales/Collection shall be an added advantage
Job Responsibilities
You will be the point of contact for the retailers, and also handle enrolling of retailers on Reliance B2B platform within the assigned territory.
Profiling of every retailer within the database and initial coverage to ascertain interest and enrolling prospects.
Responsible for recruitment and on boarding of interested retailers and wholesalers, building and maintaining a strong professional relationship with them, and driving the usage and adoption of products and services on Reliance B2B platform.
Responsible for demonstration and handholding of every retailer in the initial stages of the platform adoption. Ensuring the smooth working of discovery and ordering process.
Responsible for training and troubleshooting for your set of retailers with respect to the platform, products, and services.
Responsible for achieving on boarding targets, adoption targets, sales targets, and delivery of high quality customer service to existing and potential customers.
AFEs are also expected to help in sale income collection and deposit with association of indemnity clause which has to be on mutually agreement.
Additional Skills required -
Impeccable Salesmanship
Valid two-wheeler license
Less than 35 years of age
Familiar with the local geography and language
Own a smartphone
Should be a Son of the Soil
Earning Potential of an AFE.
Pre Full Launch phase:
1st Batch of sales agents are expected to be on-boarded in the 1st week of October. We will pay them a fixed commission of INR 8000 per month till launch.
Post- Launch phase
On boarding- INR 100 per retailer after 1st sale is placed and money collected
