Job Description
Prepare Pizzas, Pasta, Burger, Sandwich, Nachos, Taco, Shakes & Mocktails.
Manage kitchen operations including cleaning and maintain hygiene.
Able to handle Zomato/Swiggy orders.
Accommodation and meal free.
Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation & Cooking:

Prepare and cook a variety of fast food items, such as:
-
Pizzas (thin crust, cheese burst, etc.)
-
Pasta (white sauce, red sauce, mixed sauce)
-
Burgers (veg and non-veg)
-
Sandwiches (grilled, club, cold)
-
Nachos & Tacos (Mexican-style with dips and toppings)
-
Shakes (chocolate, strawberry, Oreo, etc.)
-
Mocktails (virgin mojito, blue lagoon, fruit punch, etc.)
-

Follow standard recipes and portion controls to ensure consistent quality and presentation.

Ensure food is cooked at the right temperature and in compliance with food safety standards.

Plate and package food for online delivery, ensuring a neat and secure presentation.
Kitchen Operations:
-
Set up kitchen stations and ensure all prep work is completed before peak hours.
-
Monitor and manage stock levels of ingredients and consumables.
-
Label and store all ingredients properly to avoid spoilage and wastage.
-
Assist in inventory management and placing supply orders when necessary.

Maintain proper usage and handling of kitchen equipment and appliances.
Cleanliness & Hygiene:
-
Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the day.
-
Ensure all utensils, equipment, and work surfaces are sanitized regularly.

Follow food safety and sanitation standards as per FSSAI or other relevant guidelines.

Dispose of food waste and garbage appropriately and maintain pest-free conditions.
Online Order Management:
-
Coordinate with delivery aggregators like Zomato and Swiggy to accept and fulfill orders promptly.

Ensure timely preparation and handover of orders to delivery partners.
-
Monitor order accuracy, including packaging, labeling, and special customer instructions.

Report any issues or delays in order fulfillment to the supervisor immediately.
Team Collaboration:
-
Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and communication.

Follow instructions from the kitchen supervisor or chef-in-charge.

Assist in training new kitchen helpers or junior cooks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
Proven experience as a cook or kitchen helper in a fast food, cloud kitchen, or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) environment.

Hands-on experience in preparing continental or fusion-style fast food items.
-
Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, blenders, etc.

Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Comfortable using food delivery aggregator apps (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.).

Good communication skills and team spirit.
