Position Overview:
We are looking for energetic, responsible, and versatile All-Rounder Staff members to join our Korean restaurant team. This role is perfect for enthusiastic individuals who are willing to take on multiple responsibilities, from assisting in the kitchen and serving customers to helping with marketing activities and maintaining cleanliness.
The ideal candidate should be flexible, eager to learn, and comfortable performing various duties to ensure smooth daily operations. We value teamwork, punctuality, and a positive attitude, and we will provide full training and uniforms to the selected candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service & Assistance

Greet and welcome guests warmly.

Assist in taking orders and serving food and beverages.

Provide basic information about menu items and recommend popular dishes.

Ensure customer satisfaction by attending to requests promptly.
2. Marketing & Promotion
-
Distribute flyers, brochures, or promotional materials in the nearby area.

Help with social media content (photos, videos, and promotions).

Assist in implementing local marketing activities to attract customers.
3. Kitchen Assistance
-
Help in basic food preparation under chef’s guidance.

Assist in cooking tasks such as washing vegetables, cutting ingredients, and arranging dishes.

Support kitchen staff during busy hours.
4. Cleaning & Maintenance
-
Keep dining area, kitchen, and service counters clean and hygienic.

Wash utensils, plates, and cooking tools when required.

Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and surrounding areas.
5. Other General Duties
-
Assist in receiving and arranging stock deliveries.

Handle packaging for takeaway orders.

Cooperate with the team to handle any special tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements:

Age: 18–25 years only.

Location Preference: Candidates from nearby areas in Rohini Sector 22.

Education: No specific qualification required; basic reading and communication skills preferred.

Physical Ability: Able to stand for long hours and carry light to medium loads.

Attitude: Positive, polite, and willing to learn.

Teamwork: Must be cooperative and adaptable to different tasks.
Skills & Competencies:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness.

Willingness to handle both front-end (customer) and back-end (kitchen/cleaning) work.
