Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fabrication and Assembly
-
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication sketches to understand the requirements of aluminum structures.

Measure, cut, shape, and drill aluminum sheets and profiles using manual and power tools such as saws, grinders, shears, and routers.

Assemble frames, doors, partitions, or customized aluminum fixtures as per project requirements.
2. Welding and Jointing
-
Perform aluminum welding using TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) or MIG (Metal Inert Gas) methods, depending on project specifications.

Join aluminum parts using appropriate techniques such as riveting, screwing, or bonding.

Inspect welds and joints for accuracy, strength, and finish quality.
3. Finishing and Surface Preparation
-
Deburr, grind, polish, or powder-coat aluminum parts to achieve the desired finish.

Ensure all edges are smooth and properly finished for aesthetic and safety purposes.

Apply protective films or coatings to completed components when necessary.
4. Installation and Site Work
-
Transport and install fabricated aluminum components at client sites.
-
Align and secure products such as doors, windows, frames, or glass panels with precision.
-
Use appropriate fixing materials like screws, clamps, sealants, and gaskets to ensure secure and weatherproof installations.
5. Tools and Equipment Maintenance
-
Maintain hand tools and fabrication machinery in good working condition.

Ensure tools are calibrated and used correctly for accurate cuts and assembly.

Report any equipment issues or breakdowns to the supervisor for timely repair.
6. Safety and Compliance
-
Follow all safety procedures, wear appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and adhere to workplace safety regulations.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to reduce hazards.

Comply with company quality standards, building codes, and client specifications.
