Amazon Customer Service Associate – Business Support (Work from Office)

Job Overview
You'll be part of Amazon's Customer Service team, supporting business customers who use Amazon’s website to sell their products. You'll assist companies of all sizes with their account inquiries, order management, and business-specific features. Our mission is to be Earth’s most customer-centric company, and you’ll play a key role in achieving that goal by being the first point of human contact for business customer support.

Requirements

You must be 18 years or older.

You must have completed 10+2 education (12th grade) — freshers and experienced candidates welcome.

You must be authorised to work in India.

You must be able to understand, speak, and write English at an advanced level (C1 or above) to support customers in real time.

We strongly recommend using a desktop or laptop to complete your application. You'll need a reliable internet connection, a working camera, and clear audio throughout the process.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesSome of your duties include:

Answer business customer requests through phone, chat, and email

Navigate and review solutions in real-time using a variety of tools

Assist with business account features and settings as needed

Help identify and prevent potential issues that may impact business customer experience

Problem-solve for business customers without reading from a script

Provide exceptional support and troubleshoot business account issues, bulk ordering, and business-specific features

You will also need to be able to:

Communicate effectively with strong verbal and written skills

Work comfortably with computers and navigate multiple systems

Work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday

Work in rotating shifts (late night and overnight shifts primarily, early morning, afternoon, weekend, and overtime as required)

Be punctual and present for your entire work shifts

Be fully committed to your customer service role while working at Amazon
