Votiko Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Amazon DSP Operations Team and looking for experienced professionals in Hiring & Onboarding, Recruitment, and Payroll Operations.

Candidates must have hands-on experience working with Amazon DSP operations and should be comfortable working independently from home during US night shifts.

• Handle driver recruitment, screening, and selection.

• Manage driver onboarding through the Amazon Portal.

• Coordinate background checks and drug testing.

• Handle ADP, I-9, and E-Verify processes.

• Manage ATS and candidate records.

• Process employee timecards and payroll.

• Maintain attendance, PTO, and bonus records.

• Handle payroll adjustments and documentation.

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on Amazon DSP experience.

• Experience in Hiring & Onboarding, Recruitment, or Payroll Operations.

• Knowledge of Amazon DSP processes and portals.

• Familiarity with ADP, I-9, E-Verify, and ATS.

• Good English communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Willingness to work US night shifts.

• Starting salary of ₹25,000 per month.
