Key Responsibilities

As an Amazon DSP Hiring & Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for:

ü Calling and screening driver applicants.

ü Scheduling interviews with Amazon DSP clients.

ü Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

ü Managing Amazon Portal onboarding.

ü Creating and monitoring Background Checks.

ü Creating and monitoring Drug Tests.

ü Scheduling driver training.

ü Completing ADP onboarding.

ü Processing I-9 and E-Verify.

ü Updating ATS, Google Sheets, LinqOps, and internal systems.

ü Maintaining accurate candidate records.

ü Coordinating with Amazon DSP clients regarding candidate progress.

ü Following company SOPs and quality standards.
