BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· The right person will be analytical, and possess 5-10 years (total 10-15 years) managed services or outsourcing deployment and ongoing operations, hosted and managed services in technology industry at the enterprise level
· Deep tech expertise in on boarding new customers into managed services
· Strong presales skills to unearth needs and map the same to AMS features
· Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as presentation and demo skills.
· Ideally must have trained deeply technical people in newer tech products and features
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations is key
