Job Description

This is a full time, on -site role located in North and South Goa. As an Ambassador - Operations, you will be responsible for leading guided tours for our guests, which includes providing interesting information regarding historical and cultural landmarks and local traditions. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with guests and delivering outstanding customer service. The role may also involve sales and promoting our tours to prospective guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct guided tours, sharing fascinating insights about local history, culture, and landmarks.
Ensure a fun, informative, and memorable experience for guests.
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their questions and concerns.
Promote and sell additional tour packages, experiences, or souvenirs to guests.
Assist in coordinating tour logistics, including scheduling and transportation.
Maintain a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Work closely with the operations and sales teams to improve tour offerings.

Skills:

Strong storytelling, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.

Passion for local culture, history, and tourism.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-oriented environment.

Sales or marketing experience is a plus.

Multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
