Job Summary: Analyst - Back Office who assesses an organization’s processes and operations and determines opportunities to increase efficiency. As an Analyst - Back Office, you'll identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow. The Analyst - Back Office is the manager in charge of managing the back office of a company. This is the part of the company that manages the company’s accounting processes. Responsible for overseeing the accounting department’s operations. The Analyst - Back Office reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer, or CFO.
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee all payroll and human resource activities for an organization.
● Supervise accounting and finance activities, including preparing financial reports, allocating funds, and overseeing payables and receivables.
● Manage bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
● Manage administrative activities, such as organizing meetings and meetings scheduling, Manage other Administrative functions, such as scheduling travel, arranging appointments, and handling mail.
● Complete various administrative tasks, such as report writing, filing, compiling data, and maintaining records.
● Develop and implement systems, procedures, and policies.
● Develop reports, statistics, and presentations.
● it will be necessary to communicate with the customer via phone Qualifications and Skills
Requirements:
➔ Educational: Graduation/Post graduation/Diploma
➔ Experience: Fresher/Experienced
➔ Technical Skills: Good Microsoft Office Knowledge
➔ Soft Skills: Good communication skills, Good Aptitude
Compensation and Benefits: Salary Upto 35000 INR Per Month
Location and Work Schedule: Agra, UP & 10AM - 7 PM
