Analyst (Back Office)
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing back-office operations, improving efficiency, and supporting business growth. Reports directly to the CFO and oversees payroll, finance, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle payroll, HR, and finance activities.

Manage bookkeeping, accounts payable & receivable.

Oversee administrative tasks like scheduling, travel, and report writing.

Develop and implement systems, procedures, and policies.

Communicate with customers via phone when required.
Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Graduation/Post Graduation/Diploma

Experience: Fresher/Experienced

Technical Skills: MS Office proficiency

Soft Skills: Good communication & aptitude
Compensation:
Salary up to INR 35,000 per month
Location & Work Schedule:
Silvassa, DNHDD | 9 AM - 7 PM
