Analyst HR Job in For a Client of TeamLease Digital at Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring, post jobs, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and complete new hire onboarding.

• Employee Relations: Handle worker questions, listen to grievances, solve day-to-day conflicts, and support a positive culture.

• Records and Administration: Keep accurate personal files, update HR databases, and manage leaves or attendance tracking.

• Payroll and Benefits: Coordinate payroll inputs, explain benefits plans, and help resolve salary or time-off discrepancies.

• Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, update company handbooks, and support standard operating procedures.

• Performance and Training: Assist with performance review cycles and coordinate employee training or skill development programs
