Education: B.E. / B. Tech/M.E. /M. Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc./BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)

Responsibilities

Maintain existing operational tools and systems: evolve as requirements or dependent systems change
Respond to monitoring alerts and tickets created by our customer facing support team
Troubleshoot and resolve issues from our monitoring tools and support including deep dive investigation
Proactively identify cloud affecting events and implement a solution before it escalates to a problem.
Develop and socialize potential risks and risk mitigation strategies.
Effectively communicate with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines.
