Maximum Payrate: 2.16 LPA
Payroll: Based on performance the candidates can be switched to our partners roles starting post completion of service of 6-7 months and they will get revise CTC in between 3.0 LPA.
Education: B-Tech CSE(all branches), IT, ECE, BCA, MCA, BSC_IT - (Must Have Provisional or Degree certificate)
Designation: Analyst - IT Service Desk.
Domain: IT Support profile.
Work Location: Noida
Required Skills: Excellent English Communication skill and basic of networking skills required for all the requirements.
Interview Process: First Communication screening, and once it cleared than candidate need to go for training and interview process depending on the candidates
Over all Position: 40
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shits time: 24*7 support - Night shift
Transport Facility: Company will provide cab facility to all employees within the range 20 Km from Job location.
How soon can Join: Need only Immediate Joiner (Fresher or not working only)
Technical skills:
Providing 1st line technical support to customers
Dealing with problems for hardware such as, computers and printers, and software programs
Asking questions about the problem and explaining possible solutions
Dealing with common or basic technical issues such as resetting passwords
Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the Company.
Candidates should have Good Knowledge of troubleshooting, maintenance, configuration, backup, server admin, technical support.
Handle issues regarding Cisco, Routers, Switches, LAN & WAN & MAN connection, and deals with Installation, Configuration, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting.
Job roles involve support of products on windows Server, UNIX, Mainframe, Share Point, and Active Directory.
Good knowledge in Installation of hardware & Software.
Work on Client Servers like Windows, Linux, UNIX.
Work on various Software-Applications.
Ability to troubleshoot common PC issues (Optional)
Resolution and Customer Satisfaction Rating.
